The Resort is located on the road between Miches and Sabana de la Mar, on the north east coast of the Dominican Republic, within easy reach of Punta Cana, Santa Domingo and La Romana Airports.
Ceyba Park is being developed retaining as much of the natural parkland as possible. Villas are being built sympathetically to blend into their surroundings. They are constructed to special designs which compliment the unique environment and utilise local materials and labour.
The resort occupies a total area of 500,000 sq metres of beautiful natural park and tropical forest divided into 3 main areas:
- Residential Zone: Laid to 83 plots of between 1,500m2 and 5,000m2 with four eco-friendly designs of luxury villa, allowing you to build the villa of your dreams and have a spacious garden to enjoy it. A private pool is optional.
- Leisure Zone: with a 70 berth marina built at the mouth of the Mojica river, a restaurant and bar, three swimming pools and a baby pool, scuba diving facilities, stables and tennis court.
- Natural Parkland: covering 250,000 m2 with lagoon, mangroves, wild grasses, trees and plants, crossed by maintained paths for horseriding or walking.
Bordering the park is a beautiful unspoilt beach of silver sand edged with exotic palm trees, stretching for more than 1km.
