The project Architect for the development and the design of the villas is Francisco Manzanaro Salines. Francisco graduated from the University of Valencia, Spain in 1976 with a degree in Architecture and Higher Town Planning. Since then he has continued to advance his qualifications with a Masters Degree in Urban Planning, Master of Urban Planning Management and an Oceanography degree in 1990. Then in 1994, Francisco completed his graduation  in Enviromental Science. He has been profesionally recognised in the Dominican Republic since 1998.

 

Francisco has been involved in many large scale planning and architectural projects over the last 32 years, including more than 1000 building projects such as hotels, supermarkets, housing, apartment buildings, tourist resorts and marinas both in Spain & the Dominican Republic.
