The concept of Ceyba Park originated from the Spanish Architect Francisco Manzanaro who has over 30 years experience working on the Mediterranean, and is a specialist in Marine Development. Ceyba Park is the realisation of his lifetime ambition to create a truly environmentally sensitive development in the Dominican Republic.
The resort is situated between two of the Dominican Republic’s most spectacular national parks, to the east the salt water Laguna Redonda & fresh water Laguna Limon whilst to the west is Las Haitises .
Ceyba Park provides a high level of comfortable living, in stylish architect designed villas, built sympathetically within the parkland, it is truly an encounter with nature. The land is rich with many varieties of trees including not only the famous Ceiba tree but also palms, cocoa, avocado, mango, banana, lemon, papaya and many other exotic plants.
There are 8km of pathways for people where they can walk or horse ride, which twist their way around the whole development, giving ample opportunities to enjoy its beautiful surroundings, birds and other wildlife.
The Marina has capacity for up to 70 boats and is the perfect place to embark on fishing trips and visits to local villages, bays and reefs.
